This week Chewing the Fat, Alton Brown talks about what he discovered about the whole concept of hospitality when it hits the road in Feasting on Asphalt. We believe that hospitality is a topic worthy of vacation time to come. Alton said that unfortunately was the hospitality, to do the grandstanding. This does not say what the food was cooked for us all to eat.
